What We Collect
During beta, Sanctuary stores your conversation history to provide continuity across sessions and to improve the quality of pastoral counsel. Each message is stored in a secure PostgreSQL database associated with your account.
How It Is Used
Your conversations are used solely to deliver and improve Sanctuary's responses. They are never sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising purposes. The Forge team may review anonymized conversation data to evaluate theological accuracy and helpfulness.
Private Mode (Coming Soon)
A future Private Mode will allow you to have conversations that are never written to disk. During beta, all conversations are stored regardless of the private mode indicator.
Data Retention
You may request deletion of your conversation history at any time by contacting
[email protected]. Account deletion removes all associated data.
Security
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is restricted to authenticated requests and The Forge operations team.
